My goal is to empower you to connect with your innate potential in order to achieve the changes you envision for your life. During this process I focus on your strengths, the challenges that are blocking you, and the qualities of our therapeutic relationship.

My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, humanistic, holistic, and evidence based.

I combine aspects of flow psychology, yoga, and meditation and traditional psychotherapy that are tailored to your specific needs.

My specialties include perinatal and postpartum, low mood, low motivation, trauma, anxiety, depression, and diet culture.
